 Can we allow users to edit their own Trac comments? This gets requested
 every so often, and it would help cut down the number of edits admins need
 to make to fix peoples' WikiFormatting.

 When I search Google for this feature I end up at
 [http://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/454 upstream issue #454] which was fixed
 15 months ago so I assume we are by now on a new enough version of Trac to
 include it. The upstream documentation at
 [http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracPermissions TracPermissions] and
 [http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracFineGrainedPermissions
 TracFineGrainedPermissions] may also be relevant.
