Comment:

 Those warnings are from octave, not qtoctave.

 The error is from octave as well, it should be octave trying to load
 variables from a previous work session, try to rename the whole
 ~/.qtoctave directory and check if you get those anyway.
 You may want to rebuild octave port that has gone through updates lately.


 Closing as invalid.
