Comment:

 Ryan Stonecipher updated gmp to 5.0.4 in r90191 but I don't know if he saw
 this ticket before doing so. The powerpc block was not removed, as had
 been suggested in the patch attached here. I don't know if that block
 should still be removed or not nor do I have a ppc64 system to test it on.
