Comment:

 You are probably pulling a pre-built binary package from the buildbot,
 where perl5.12 has the default -shared-threads variants.  Force the port
 to be built from source and it will install in the correct path:

 Port subversion-perlbindings contains:
 ...
   /opt/local/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.12.3/darwin-thread-multi-
 2level/SVN/Base.pm
 ...
 }}}

 If you aren't using binary packages, uninstall any existing versions of
 subversion-perlbindings and re-install and it will go in the right
 directory (you have to do this with every perl package installed every
 time you change your active perl variants)
