 Your setup doesn't seem correct Xcode 4.3.2, specifically this line:
 {{{
 checking Xcode location... /Developer
 }}}

 What does `xcode-select -print-path` print on your system? It should be
 `/Applications/Xcode.app` or `/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer`.
 Also, please attach
 `/opt/local/var/macports/sources/rsync.macports.org/release/tarballs/base/config.log`.
