 dmd-tools provides several tools but only rdmd is linked to
 ''${prefix}/bin'', I'm attaching a patch to link all tools.

 Is there a specific reason to keep them in ''${prefix}/lib/${name}/bin/''
 and make symlinks rather than directly putting the executables in
 ''${prefix}/bin/'' ?
