 Port phobos doesn't build according to specified arch when using clang,
 the only option present in ''osx.mak'' is using gcc's ''-mXX'' option.

 I'm attaching a trivial patch to append archflags to CFLAGS, I suspect
 other port in dmd group suffer by this.
