 BTW, the MacPorts buildbot succeeds in building mysql55 defaults AND with
 r93312 the binaries are now distributable.

 I performed some limited and successful mysql command line tests on both
 Snow Leopard and Lion with mysql packaged readline before committing
 r93312.
