Comment:

 The isl configure script automatically calls autoreconf if it can find
 it.[[BR]]
 Otherwise, it just runs normally.[[BR]]
 The original fix was to make the same change in two places (r93464 and
 r92991).[[BR]]

 r93580 is a better fix.
