 Prior to r87833, py-scientific was available for python24. Currently,
 py24-ipython depends on py-scientific, but py-scientific is now just a
 stub that depends on py27-scientific.

 Either py24-scientific needs to be added, or py24-ipython needs to be
 deleted.
