 This patch updates libmemcached to 1.0.8.

 It appears to no longer link against cyrus-sasl2's dynamic library, but
 only use it at build time, so I changed that dependency.

 The memcached library version numbers change, so all ports depending on
 libmemcached need a revbump when this update is committed.
