 Using the forth patch, qrupdate and octave both install without error. But
 when launching octave, I get the following error message:


 dyld: Library not loaded: /opt/local/lib/libptcblas.dylib
   Referenced from: /opt/local/lib/libarpack.2.dylib
   Reason: image not found
 Trace/BPT trap: 5
