Comment(by jerome.lelong@…):

 If atlas was compiled with gcc46, then qrupdate must alo be compiled with
 gcc46 otherwise linking fails with missing Fortran symbols. Hence, a gcc46
 variant should be added to qrupdate Portfile even if gcc45 remains the
 default.
