Comment:

 The resource missing on the packages server is immaterial. When MacPorts
 cannot find a pre-built package, it tries to build it on your computer.
 This failed. We would need to see the main.log file to know for sure why.
 But I'm going to assume this is a duplicate of #34671. If not, attach the
 main.log and re-open.
