 For ncview installation, the configure file is checking if netcdf was
 compiled with the same version of gcc. If netcdf was already installed
 with OpenMpi, the configure doesn't recognize the wrapper as gcc and the
 installation fails. [[BR]]
 Please find a new configure.patch attached.
