 with Xcode 4.5.1 on OS X 10.8.2 I cannot get math/nauty to compile.  I've
 been through the suggestions to use the llvm and apple-gcc, but both fail,
 as does clang.

 The problem seems to be in the source file gtools.c and a conflicted
 definition of getline() - anyone seen this before?
