 It means I clicked the "CcMe!" button next to the Cc field at the top of
 this ticket. This causes my email address to be added to the Cc field of
 the ticket. This causes me to receive an email whenever anyone writes a
 comment in the ticket.

 Because you are the reporter of the ticket, you automatically receive such
 emails, whether or not your email address is in the Cc field.
