 I'm attaching a patch to make the notes clearer about the destination of
 the config file, for patching the config file itself so todotxt won't try
 to write into $prefix/bin with the default TODO_DIR config and for
 installing the distribution config file into $prefix/share/ rather than
 $prefix/etc since it's not an active configuration file.
