 That changeset is incorrect; you're passing `[list ports_nodepcheck 1]` as
 the third argument to registry_deactivate, but that is meant to be the
 revision.

 It looks like you want registry_deactivate_composite instead (the second
 argument is a composite version spec so the third is then the options).
