 Indeed, NSApplicationPresentationAutoHideDock is part of the KioskMode
 APIs available only in OS X 10.6 and later. Sorry. If you wish Tk to
 remain compatible with OS X 10.5, you'll have to report the problem to the
 developers of Tk.
