Comment:

 Committed with this and a few other changes in r99842.

 I am concerned that you added `${prefix}/libexec/gnubin` to `PATH`.
 Several ports, including several you're not declaring dependencies on,
 install files there. I'm concerned a user who has some of those extra
 ports installed might encounter errors when unexpected versions of those
 programs are found.
