 Pymol fails to build; seems similar to ticket:21968.  Running Mac OS X
 10.7.5 with Xcode 4.5.2.  Failure occurs when compiling with clang, llvm,
 and gcc.  Following appears in main.log when attempting to build pymol:

 This issue appears to be new as installing PyMOL last month on another Mac
 OS X 10.7.5 system did not have any errors.
