 I had moved the mpich2 includes in order to try to facilitate cohabitation
 with OpenMPI. (It doesn't currently work due to a man page collision;
 there's a ticket somewhere about that.

 Perhaps no one really ever wants OpenMPI and mpich2 (soon to be mpich
 (v3.0), but that's another discussion) active at the same time.

 I have moved the includes back to the default in r99921. See if that fixes
 things for you.
