 If I accidentally click a ticket's "Create ticket" button twice, two
 identical tickets are created. This seems to happen enough to our users,
 and today to me, that we should do something about it.

 The last comment in [http://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/10138 trac ticket
 10138] shows a short snippet of jquery code we could add to fix it.
