 If you have used kde3 before, you don't need kpersonalizer to run, so
 AFTER the build fails you edit the Makefile in:

 {{{
 /opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_mports_trunk_dports_kde_kdebase3/kdebase3/work/kdebase-3.5.10
 }}}

 remove ''kpersonalizer''

 from

 TOPSUBDIRS

 and remove the two lines that start with:

 kpersonalizer_SUBDIR_*

 Then rerun
 ''unsermake install''

 It will work install, but not report into the ports database as installed.
 This is a big kludge, but gets you going.
