 Ah, also, the setup.py comes straight from the pycairo repo. It seems they
 are switching (slowly) to setup.py for python3. In my portfile, I just use
 their setup.py and patch it to work for python2.X. I'm trying to get waf
 to work with a new version but it is a major pain-in-the-ass.
