 Patch for py-anyjson 0.3.3.

 Note:
   1. Added py3x subports (since version 0.3)
   2. Removed explicit py-cjson installations for python >= 2.6 (cjson is
 no longer maintained, is the least preferred implementation since 0.3.1,
 and sometimes slower than internal python 2.6+ implementation, and much
 slower than py-yajl)
