 gcc46 builds (and the compilers work!) with two changes:

 1.  add
 {{{
 --disable-cloog-version-check
 }}}
 to the configure args, and

 2. apply the patch [http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-
 help/2012-04/msg00184/gcc-4.6-cloog_lang_c.patch]
