 I've tried many different flags, like +gcc45, and so on.   I tried the
 portfile [attachment:ticket:35434:Portfile here].  Nothing works.  I tried
 looking at previous tickets, but none seemed to report the exact same
 error.

Comment:

 The fact that it went straight to building GraphicsMagick, skipping the
 earlier phases fetch, extract, patch and configure, shows that this was
 not a clean attempt. Please "sudo port clean GraphicsMagick" and then try
 again, and if it fails again, attach the main.log file.
