 IMHO, I think the only way to achieve a fully functional libstdc++-v3
 split-off would be to abandon the no-runtime-stubs.patch[[BR]]
 and instead create an additional libgcc_ext split-off which is kept
 synchronized to the latest release. It might be tricky since[[BR]]
 libgcc_ext.10.4/5 are stubs designed to pick up all the symbols not in
 Apple's libgcc_10.4/5 and thus libgcc_s would have to[[BR]]
 be in the split off as well. [[BR]]
