 I tried {{{sudo port install rb19-rails}}} and the {{{ruby19}}} build
 fails with this error:

 :info:build /opt/local/bin/gmkdir: cannot create directory
 ‘../../.ext/common/openssl’: File exists
 :info:build make[2]: *** [../../.ext/common/openssl] Error 1
 }}}

 Note that I had previously installed the {{{ruby19 +nosuffix}}} variant,
 but I did uninstall it because I couldn't install rails with it (see
 ticket:36518).
 Is the ruby19 install broken or did the previous uninstall not work
 properly?
