 Perhaps, the binary tarball of your old udunits installation was
 corrupted. I don't think it is a fault of Portfile. I am not familiar with
 the binary checking procedure of MacPorts. So I am only guessing from the
 warning message. You could (force) uninstall and reinstall udunits.
