Old description:

New description:

 Changing directory to parent or another one (without cd) with this
 approach:

 {{{
 $ ..
 $ ./another_one
 }}}

 works great.

 However if you made a mistake and instead of ".." try to call ".":

 {{{
 $ .
 }}}

 fish will freeze. And nothing you can do with current terminal.

 You should probably report the problem to the developers of fish so that
 they can fix it. When they release a new version, we can update the port.
