 The "github.setup" line should appear right after the "PortGroup github
 1.0" line (with one blank line between) and replaces the "name" and
 "version" lines. Write:

 {{{
 github.setup        RichiH vcsh 1.0 v
 }}}

 The "homepage" line should also be deleted, and the github portgroup's
 default homepage allowed to be used.
