 The port file for OpenCV revision 90303 fails to install due to the
 dependency port ffmpeg version 1.0 being dynamically updated.  Version
 0.7.13 of ffmpeg is required to build OpenCV 2.3.1.  I've manually
 installed the 0.7.13 revision of ffmpeg and deactivated the 1.0 revision.
 When I run the OpenCV portfile, it dynamically updates it to revision 1.0.
 Please advise.
