Comment:

 0.9.4 is available since last year; why not update to that?

 xz distfiles are available, so we should use those, since they're smaller.

 We should fix the livecheck so that it does not restrict itself to just
 this branch.

 We should fix the master_sites so that HTTP redirects are minimized.
