 librsvg does not have a dependency on gtk2 or gtk3 but it will try to use
 them if they're installed. As an example of this, on my system a rebuild
 of librsvg failed as in the attached log (because I'm building librsvg
 universal but gtk3 is not built universal because of #35944).
