Comment:

 There was an issue where if qt4-mac were installed as a framework, then
 SIP wouldn't find Phonon correctly since it would always look for it as a
 framework too.  This was fixed in r97331.

 That said, I believe the original issue was that py27-pyqt4 wasn't
 installed with +phonon.

 By now, we have OP timeout.  Hence, closing the ticket as fixed.
