 I'm sorry,  I had to accept the license agreement(I read that in the
 instructions). I never saw a popup in the GUI xcode. Now everything passed
 this point. Seems to have worked. All 4 dependencies were installed.  I am
 new to programming, and I didn't want to read the log as it didn't make
 much sense, but after reading through it, I saw the "You need to accept
 the License Agreement". Sorry again. :)
