 I attached the output and crash report from mythfrontend -O
 RunFrontendInWindow=1

 I'll ruin the surprise, same result.  As always, let me know if anything
 else is needed.

 pixilla at macports.org - Would a VirtualBox appliance of ubuntu running a
 backend with a dummy card still be useful?  If so, I'll happily create,
 test, and give you one.
