 I'm working on the known opportunistic linking of GTK #35954.

 GTK2 was removed as a dependency from the librsvg port in r90665 so that
 GTK2 could depend on librsvg to build the GTK2 docs or something like it.
 Looks like not enough was done to avoid linking librsvg to GTK2 and/or
 GTK3.
