Comment:

 I did have Macports ld64 installed:

 {{{
 $ port installed ld64
 The following ports are currently installed:
   ld64 @133.3_0+llvm31 (active)
 }}}

 So I rebuilt it and it worked! Thanks Ryan. I did not try re-installing
 the command line tools in Xcode. For the record here is exactly what I
 did:

 {{{
 sudo port -f uninstall ld64
 sudo port install ld64
 sudo port clean wine-devel
 sudo port upgrade wine-devel
 }}}
