 On Lion 10.4.7 and Xcode 4.4.1 I did

 $ sudo port selfupdate[[BR]]
 [...]

 $ sudo port outdated[[BR]]
 [...]

 $ sudo port upgrade outdated[[BR]]
 [...]

 and as consequence of the upgrade of GCC47, PDFTK was rebuilt... But it
 failed.

 Attached are the full output of the above commands and the main log.
