 Although qt4 works okay on Mountain Lion, when I started to use Qt
 Designer to create UI files for pyqt4, I find that the menu bar (qmenubar)
 won't show up in any Main Window form. It can be tested by use the Qt
 Designer to create a new form using Main Window template. You can design
 your menus and submenus but when you preview it, the menus and submenus
 will go missing. I think this issue is only for Mac because I test qt4 on
 Windows and it doesn't have this issue.
