 Dear all

 Although I'm not an expert on this issue, you should now the following
 observation. I was able to build and install virtualbox before I had this
 issue. I am facing this problem, since I ran an upgrade on my outdated
 ports. In the meanwhile, I haven't changed or updated neither my operating
 system nor my XCode installation. I'm still not an expert, but I suspect
 my operating system or the used XCode-Version to be the problem, but the
 current version of virtual box. Probably this helps.
