 You do the following to get new changes (whether these or others):
 {{{
 sudo port selfupdate
 sudo port install libusb-legacy +universal
 }}}
 After doing a "selfupdate", you can see what's old via:
 {{{
 port outdated
 }}}
 and you can upgrade all of the old ones via:
 {{{
 sudo port upgrade outdated
 }}}
