 Well, I think I followed your instructions well enough, but when I preview
 the window (command-R, right?) I do see the menus at the very top menu-bar
 (the one with the Apple in it, at the very top of the screen; not the
 window created for this Designer application). I see the exact same
 behavior when I use the Qt project's pre-compiled binaries for 4.8.3. I'm
 using a modified version of qt4-mac 4.8.3 that will be checked in shortly
 once I verify that it functions correctly. So, maybe that makes a
 difference? Or, maybe I'm not getting what you're saying is the issue? If
 you think this latter, maybe you can post some pictures with parts circled
 so-as to be clear where you see the issue.
