 Sure, I compiled using the following line:

 {{{
 g++-mp-4.7 -std=c++11 -I /opt/local/include -L /opt/local/lib
 -lboost_iostreams-mt test.cpp -o test
 }}}

 I'm also attaching the source code and simple gzipped file on which the
 program fails.
