 I think portgroup cmake needs depends_skip_archcheck.

 example:

 1. install cmake
 2. install mysql55 +universal
   - uninstall cmake and install cmake +universal
   - install mysql55

 we should be allowed to install universal mysql55 with non-universal
 cmake.
