 I have snow leopard with latest free xcode -- 3.2.6. One should be able to
 use that xcode and compile pgAdmin with wxwidgets-devel for 64 bits.
 Alternatively, pgAdmin should check if 64 bit wxWidgets or wxWidgets-devel
 is installed and behave accordingly. Making the dependence on xcode
 version is IMHO ill-advised. Perhaps you could explain the rationale
 behind xcode version dependence?
